iService | the Internet-Service-Centre allows customers to enter orders by them-
selves and to arrange appointments online. The basis of this functionality is ASE run-
ning in background, the Advanced Scheduling Engine through which all the activities
related to scheduling and tour planning can be automated. After it has been checked,
the customer and device data, together with the order data is sent to the executing
engineer. Order status, performance record and invoicing documents can be viewed
online at any time. With iService, After Sales Service remains accessible round the clock
365 days a year.
